BNDF brings together a large collective of people with many skills, particularly in agriculture, aquaculture and health. These people come from various educational, social, cultural, familial and economic backgrounds. This disparate collective share a common objective, purpose and aim.

Since 1997 the management of BNDF has brought together more than 1,500 members from throughout the district to work for a common good.
